3. User Accounts

Some features of Call Mom may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Payments and Refunds

One-Time Purchase: Call Mom is available for a one-time purchase of $4.99. This gives you lifetime access to all features and future updates.

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the one-time purchase price.

• You can cancel your trial at any time through your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• After purchase, you own the app forever with no recurring charges

6. Intellectual Property

Call Mom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as notes and schedules). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Call Mom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs or errors will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
